A contractor with over three decades of industry experience, David is involved in the building process from concept to completion, guaranteeing that projects are completed on budget and on time through frequent job-site visits and a keen attention to detail.

Introduced to home renovations and woodworking by his father, David honed his skill set through trade school and building management in San Francisco, quickly progressing from carpenter to foreman to having his own license. Between his experience in building management and maintenance and active California real estate sales license, David approaches renovations with a deep understanding of the local housing marketing and seeks to provide a return on the homeowners’ investment.
